Automatic Email send from Excel when Cell value date expired within 10 days. Mail Trigger automatic when they open an excel sheet.

Trigger a mail if end effective date -10 days, subject says that Part number will be expired on 24-07-2014. Please act on this

Please find attached excel sheet. Please help in this regards.

Please see the attached. The macro I have done for you checks whether a cells value is equal to -10. You can change this in the macro to be equal to or less than -10 (If activecell.value = "<-10" or something similar)

If you open the macro (Alt + F11), you can change the body of the email, who it is sent to, any persons you want to BCC or CC in to, change subject etc.
