excel code that will send mail to 2 email ID before 30 days of visa date expiry

can somebody provide me with code for i have a tracking sheet in excel regarding the visa expiry of the employee, more or less 300 employee,

col A: 1 TO 300 (from row 4 till down)
COL b : employee name (from row 4 till down)
COL C: date of joining (from row 4 till down)
COL D: VISA EXPIRY ( from row 4 till down)

I want to sent email notification to 2 email ID 30 days before the day of expiry.

please some one help me with this problem

Hi rinadimayuga,

I have added one more colum to track if the mail has already been sent. Imagine 30 days before the expiry date is a holiday and next day the condition would no longer apply. Therefore the macro will act on all dates <= 30 days before unless the "sendt flag" is already sent.
It requires MS-Outlook to be installed on the users machine.
