    Open workbook to todays date. with frozen cells

    I'm sorry if this has been touched on somewhere else but I have tried a few different things I have found and cant get them to work for my spreadsheet.
    I have attached a copy. The spreadsheet is our departments overtime list. I have the first 6 columns frozen so when someone scrolls to the right they can still see the name of the person and their total OT ect. What i would like to do have it to where when the workbook is opened the Monday of the current week would show up in G2. The dates are all in row 2 and G is the first column that is not frozen. Right now there is only two sheets. . the dates are entered as example 06/12/2017. the separate sheets are layed out exactly the same with just dates for that year Sheet one is named 2017 OT and sheet two is named 2018 OT and so on

    awesome that worked. but one thing is took all color formatting i had away. is there away fort that to remain? it highlighted the row with today's date. which i wasn't expecting but is great but now everything else is white.

    LOGIT this worked man awesome thank you so much. Now is there away to have monday of the week with todays date show up next to the last locked cell witch is column f. If its difficult dont even worry about it. I appreciate all the help thus far and IM definetly tying to learn so I can start helping people

    OK i have found a problem. When the file was open today yesterday 7/20/2017 and today 7/21/2017 are both highlighted. Because its actually changing the color it never changes back when a new day begins. Is there a way to Just highlight the cells with todays date and not actually change the color.
