Copying an Existing Macro From Worksheet To Another Worksheet View Code

Excel Gurus.....just out of curiosity I am inquiring whether there is a possibility to Insert a Macro present in Sheet1 to another Worksheet's View Code....
as the worksheet is created at a later stage........and if this worksheet is created it has to copy the macro already present in Sheet1 to this worksheet named "My Client."

can this above code be changed to as workbook....please help

and what if I do not want this macro to work on a particular worksheet....so it will be a problem right.....as on other worksheets different shortcuts will intercept the macro?? any solution....
