Format Filtered Visible Rows of Table

Hello forum,

I am attempting to format visible rows only when A2 <> A3 after a filter has been applied to a table. Below is what I came up with which works when the change in data in column A is contiguous. Any help would be appreciated.

Given that the formatting is only for printing legibility, I'm going to copy visible range to temporary worksheet, format, and print. Works but I thought there maybe alternative solution.
