    copy and past specific cells to body of email when option button is clicked

    Hello, I am trying to get this code to copy and paste to the body of an email before sending it out. this was working but it would automatically send, not display it. the cells that need to be copied are B4 : J13. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you -

    Hello Logit, Thank you for your time in looking at this. I really appreciate it! This is what I was looking for. Is there a way to have the copied data automatically be not so large?

    You can change the font size for those cells to something smaller. Say "9" ?

    You can also change the column width for the affected columns.

    Anything you change on the worksheet will transfer to the email, the macro is making a copy of what is on the sheet and pasting it to the email.

    Hi again Logit, one other question if I could. in the Subject line of the Email, how can i get the Reference number to populate there?

    I may have sent you the wrong macro code. Not unusual for this questionable mind.

    In any case, try this and see if it's more suited to your needs. Keep in mind I've adjusted the code further so you don't have to adjust
    the column width on the sheet prior to sending the email. :
