Vba save csv file but ask for file name or select file name from folder

I have written about six Macros to do some things with a worksheet and they work fine
I wish to reduce all but one Macro to do same thing, but I need to select a file to svae from the folder in the code
I will attach the code and I hope someone can help me change the code to select a file then continue the Macro
Any help is always appreciated here !!

what exactly do you mean? Do you want to select a specific folder and then let the macro pick up on the file path?

Yes Jim first thanks for a reply now I will try to make this clear
File folder is :C:\Users\Grah\Documents\Racing\
vba will open folder and i then select a csv file to save as
Msgbog or Inputbox asks for a filename to select

then when file name is resolved then macro continues to save
