    Split the excel based on headings list

    I hava an excel and it contains some provider name as heading and it's relevant data and again provider name as heading and it's relevant data and so on. i want to split the data of excel in to workbooks such that each file contains name as provider name and its relevent data in each workbook.could anyone help me in achieving this. Thanks in advance. i am attaching the master file and also the sample output file. Please help me in this regards.
