    Conditional Formatting Glitch? Any ideas?

I'm using conditional formatting to determine which color to make the rows in the attached sheet. When I select the dropdown box in column F from yes, to no, the row should change from blue to yellow. Can anyone else test this sheet and see if it glitches for you as well. If the row does not change automatically, try highlighting the cells and see if it changes for you.

It seems to be working for me.

Is there a specific row(s) that it isn't working for you?

It's all of them really. Could be the shitty work laptop that I'm using... Blah. Thanks for testing though! At least I know I'm not crazy now.

Could the problem be the use of INDIRECT and ROW() in the conditional formatting formulas?

I've never seen that used and would probably have used these formulas,

=$F8="Yes" ' for the 'Yes' condition

=$F8="No" ' for the 'No' condition

When applied to a range the row in each of these formulas would change automatically, i.e for row 23 the formula for 'Yes' would be =$F23="Yes".

I'm not sure. I've always just used the indirect formula, I'll give yours a shot and see if it helps.

Norie, did the entire row color change when you changed the drop down? Or just the cell?

The entire row, well columns A-F anyway.

The only thing I noticed that was a bit strange, at first anyway, was that some rows would turn (back to?) green when moving from Yes to No but I put that down to one of the other conditions that was based on the value in another column.
