How to insert cell value and format into HTML Mail body

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a code which allows me to create a email with variable data which are provided in an excel file.
Some parts are consistend and therefore written in html code. For the variable cells I refer to the excel as follows

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Now the question is: Is there a possibility to insert this very cell with its value and format (colour, percentage, etc...) into the mail or how can I add tag attributes to this value?

However, I can't seem to get it to work. I'm hoping that someone has more current advice as well.
