Multiple Column Titles in Same Row as Column Data

Excel.PNGI get an excel data dump that I would like to put into a pivot table. However, I have multiple titles in the same column.

It is much easier to show rather than try to describe.



Column C of my data lists the Item Description, then each line below it in the same column lists the location from which the item was transferred. I want to move the Item Description to Column B so I can run a pivot table. Is there a way to do this quickly for a report with 11,000 rows?

for example, I would like to move "Bayless - Nacho Grande Boat (Guacomole) $9" from Column C to the Column B in the same rows as the three listings below it. So I have something that looks like this....Capture.PNG

I can't open excel 2003 file. You have excel 2007 so you could better add an xlsx file, so all forummembers can help you.

I added a new row (new row 1)

b2=IF($C2<>"warehouse",$C2,$B1) and drag down
