When you encounter an error you have alert message with "Debug" .. Click on "Debug" and refer to us to the yellow line that appears to you

In isolation your code runs without error, but I suspect there is some other code referring to textbox "txtASlno"
Please post that other code

You might receive that error if
-ws.[B3].Value contains an error value; or
-ws.Cells(iRow, 2).Value contains something that cannot be converted to a number.

As for error 13 means "Type mismatch." .. So may be there is extra space in the sheet name or the sheet name is incorrect
