Getting error message- Run-time error '13'; type mismatch

Using firefox selenium i am trying to click on next page using below code in website. but i am getting error message- Run-time error '13'; type mismatch.
I am getting error message at Set lis = driver.findElementsByTagName("LI").

I have change lis as object now i am getting error - Run-time error '438': Object doesn't support this property or method at While n < lis.Length And nextLi Is Nothing

Then the lis isn't what you think it is. You need to set a break point and see what's actually being returned
