Matching percentage for one cell to other list records in Excel

Hi,
I have the data in which some of the records are duplicate but due to typo error I am not able to use Count if formula as those are not exactly matching.
Please help me to build up a formula which can calculate matching percentage so that I can filter for data which matches more than 90%.

As like

A01234 & AO1234 may not be 100% matching but those are just typo error. It typed Zero as O in second posting.
OR
001234 and 1234 somebody didn't considered first two ZEROs in this case.

In standard Excel it is not possible (without heap of work).
