Power Query Not loading all Rows from Source File

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a Power Query in Excel 2010, and the query is not loading all of the rows from the source file. The source file has about 2800 rows, and the query is only loading about 240. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I should note that within the same Excel file, I have 2 other queries, and neither one of them have any issues with loading the full source file. In fact, two of the queries are more or less copies of the first one, with a couple slight modifications.

My apologies, the file is loading properly, it's just the end result is heavily filtered from the query steps I put in. There is no issue.
