I am trying to write a kind of general procedure to load down a text file into my application.
I have got this far.
E9 has the value "Budget 2016-2017.Txt"

E7 has the value "U:\!EVERYBODY\SALESTATISTICS\TEXTFILES"
I get a compile error on this and I have not been able to find out why. Can anyone help ?
