Find and Replace in Column Based on Heading Name

Hi,

I am struggling to put some VBA together to find and replace within a specific column, based on the column heading rather than the column letter.

For example;

I want to find and replace all entries of 'UNITED KINGDOM' in the column with the heading 'COUNTRY'.

The 'COUNTRY' column will not always be in the same position in the data structure, hence why I need to find and replace based on the column heading.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! - I hope I have explained my requirement enough, please let me know if you wish for me to elaborate further.
