Want to insert a table at "A3", my table has headers. Generally columns will always go to BF, but rows may vary.

Hi,
If you mean you want to convert existing data to a Table, you could use Range("A3").Currentregion to get the range- assuming there's nothing above that. If there is, you can just use that to get the number of rows and columns.
