Inserting rows with same formatting

Hi,

In the attached workbook I have created a simulation of userform on sheet and I am facing 2 changes

1: To increase/decrease rows with same formatting for extra entries.
2: To have a tab order simulation just like user form. (I have some extra rows plus the enter or tab keys keeps on going to spacific direction on the irrelavent cells)

I will appreciate help in both the above goals.
