VBA complex task starting help needed

Hi people,

I am starting a task and I have been thinking about it for 2 days now but I cannot find the solution. I have attached the file and added text boxes to explain what is required. The relevant sheets are just 4: INPUT, BOOL-OUT, INT-OUT, EXPORT. The other 2 sheets are FYI only.

The general idea: the tool is kind-of search and export (only relevant fields) to EXPORT sheet. It looks the field cell C27 to check measurement station (in this case 1, total will be 8; very complex ) then continues to export the fields relevant for only MS1 and so on.

I personally believe the best way is with VBA/Macros, but any alternative suggestion is also appreciated. IF function would be too much work for every cell and repeating it 8 times would be a mess. I am still new to VBA and Macros world so I don't have enough experience. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
