Multiple find and replace macro from list

Hello,
I need help with a find and replace macro.
I am working on excel tables containing 26000 lines and about 40 columns.
The list containing the original value and the replacement value is 26.000 lines long ;-)

The macro works brilliantly except the 'find and replace' is done several times on partial words
I guess, I cannot say string because in my cell, I might have smt like
Keyword1;Keyword2

Here is the find and replace list
Original value Replacing value
keyword1 keyword1 [475]
keyword2 keyword1 [678]
keyword3 keyword1 [956]
keyword keyword1 [10]


The problem is that the macro replaces both the value "keyword" and the value keyword one

The separator is a semi colon (I do not know if it is important)
What I would like to change is for instance only "Keyword1"
