speading up a multiple Find and replace Macro

Hey, I'm new to VBA and still learning and greatly appreciate the help!


I need to find any case of 3."1-200". and 5."1-200". and replace it with "".

Currently I have it to separately find and replace

Can i write something like 3.*. but only when its up to 3 characters? Thanks!
