Some questions about the fixture list creator

Hi to all,
I downloaded a fixture list creator on www.computergaga.com

The fixture list generated is like this:TIM??20171120002608.png

My question is, how can I get the fixture list like this?TIM??20171120002736.png

Would anyone know how to solve it? Thank you!

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

First make sure that you have an existing sheet named Sheet1. Next make the Fixtures sheet the active sheet and run this macro:
