Help with Copy Above Row Formatting and Inserting new Row Below

Can someone please help me with what is probably very easy VBA code?

I have two blocks: SubContractor Scope of Work and SubContractor Exclusions. I have Line Items that I want to repeat with the click of a button (the macro) and insert a new row below the last Line Item typed copying "Line Item" from Column B, then adding a sequential number to each line item 1,2,3,4... in Column C; and finally copying "No entry made" to Column D. I'd like to do this for both the Subcontract line items and the Exclusion line items. The macro buttons are to the right of the screen. I would very much appreciate your help. File attached.

Just add this line after your If Is Not found....line

Can I ask you one more question? Instead of it copying the last input text where "No entry made" would be---for instance, that will be filled say with "This is a sample entry"; how would i get the next row to copy the formatting of the row above it but then put the text "No entry made" in the next block? Would that just be an additional line of code?
