Extract only Bookmarked pages in Adobe to sheet1

Hi,

I am trying to create a macro that will look through a PDF for a specific bookmark, and then pull that data into a sheet 1. I have the first half which is to identify how many bookmarks are listed, however, I cannot figure out how to get to the bookmark titled "Orbit" then extract just that bookmark to excel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Obviously, one would need Adobe Acrobat, not Reader, to do that.

I would imagine it would help if you attached a sample PDF file and showed what you expected to import to Excel. I would likely not get back to this for 6 days. PM me then if you still need help.
