Changed Versions of Office Macro Error

Hello,

We have just changed from Windows 7 and Office 2007 to Windows 10 and Office 2016. A macro which was previously working fine now comes up with an error. Below is the code, in the 'COPY TO DATA' section it shows as the error Selection.Insert Shift:=xlDown. Error is 'Automation error. The object invoked has disconnected from its clients.

Sorry for the long code, wasn't sure if best to post just that section or all of it.

I am on Windows 10 and Office 2016 and it works fine.

can you put a stop on the copy before Sheets("Data").Select
then step thru 1 line at a time and watch?

Found that when I moved it to another folder it worked fine. Then I changed the text in a cell and it didn't work again.

I've just created a new version of the spreadsheet from scratch and it all seems to be fine now. No idea what was causing it though.
