Copy Transpose Paste

Hi,

In the enclosed file i need some help in copy paste the data from Payslip to Template in two sets - Gross & Deductions

In each sets 0 should values to be ignored & keep the order of components as same. After this I want to paste the the Gross Total with amount & Deductions Total with amount as shown in template after the avaialble last row. This Totals should not be constant as if the pay elements increases totals may have to shift the rows.
After this leaving a balnk row i want to paste Net Pay.

Could any one please help me on this.
