Textbox change with Combobox selection.

Hi, i just create a simple datalist. Click the shape, the form appear. User type in the number in Textbox1 and the number appear in textbox 2-5. There is a Listbox below. HOwever, i find it would be easiler if user can have a Combobox where they can select the brand and upon clicking in the listbox, the listbox selection would appear in the textbox.

How do i do it?

you should rename the text boxes to names that make sense:
but when user picks an item, fill in the boxes....
