Adding active rows from sheet to closed database-workbook

Hello,

I would like to have people enter information in the file "Order", and click the Add button. After this the active rows should be added to the first empty row in the "Data"-file.
This so all people can keep the Order file open at all times and Data can be added by all.
I thought I was close, but I keep running into errors. Could you help me?
