Not response for 2 minutes when inserting Row, then row Inserted I tried everything i can

Hi Friends.

as i posted in the tread.
On Row 37 I have less than 340 cells with formulas,
Then via macro/vba I insert a new Row on row 37 and Drag formulas from Row 38 to new (inserted) row 37

The problem is that its taken almost 2.2 minutes with error message (Not Responding) top left side of the screen when inserting such row. Then when (Not Responding goes Off) the Row is inserted

I tried the following steps that i know and some others ideas that found on google.
1-. Disable add in that might interfere with excel (i disabled all of then)
2-. Find circular reference errors (with Add in, that if request i post the code )
3-. Find any Formatting that is supposed to be Numbers (not text) and any number supposed to be Text
4-. Clean Excess of conditional formatting with Microsoft Add in XLSClean.exe)
5-. Deleted any unused range that previously had data and may Excel is analyzing (Ctrl+End to find the range)
6-. Repair excel via Uninstal program (control panel)
7-. Uninstall excel / Installed back
with in my new workbook i Added a new sheet (add some data) and insert new row manually and the problem happen again.

If close excel and Run it again
Open new workbook and on any new sheet i add simple data (1,2,3,4, etc..) and on top of it i add (manually) a new sheet row it does Fast ! (3 seconds !)

Then please does a guru friend, expert or anyone know a trick that i maybe can help me?
Sorry but i'm completely Lost.

May be my Workbook is "corrupted?" BTW: How to fix a Excel XLSB corrupted file?

if nothing else to do, it might be a possibility..

NOTE: I can't upload because is 5 mb at this moment, still big for the forum
(with the XLSClean.exe the file size reduced from 10mb to 5 mb)

Hi Andy,

Do a find OJBECTS and see if you can delete the ones you can't see. Use the Home Tab and click on the "Find & Select" icon. Click on "Select Objects" and then Delete them. Save your real work if it deletes some you need.

If you are using VBA to do this then read:

If not then keep asking.

Try zipping the file and see if you can upload it then. You could also strip some content out and attach it.

The symptoms you describe typically happen when you have excess cells in the file which no macro/program is going to fix. The problem happens when Excel thinks the used range is beyond your actual used range, ie it thinks blank cells have content in them (and there likely is some non-print/goofy invisible content in them). Its pretty easy to see if this is the case. Go to a sheet and press Ctrl+End. If it zooms way past your actual data...you have excess cells. Another indication is when your scroll bar isnt proportional to your data (ie your bar is super tiny but you dont have alot of data or when using the scroll bar before you get to the bottom/right of the scroll bar you zip past your actual data).

If you cant post a sample then at least check what I mention above and report back. Be aware this issue is per sheet, so you want to check this on each sheet (at least each sheet you have your issue on).

After you select all objects you need to press Delete to remove all of them. I once had a few hundred objects on my worksheet (all which were so small I couldn't see them). When I deleted them, things went a lot faster.
