Data Populating Problem

Hi Friends

Here with i attached my excel sheet


in this page.. allotment form click

and select date 2

then press New/ Edit Allotment button

now i already allotted 3 staffs in date 2

now i press "Generate Report" Button

that time i need to populate the values of listbox4 & 5 & 6 & 7 values in "WA" sheet

Eg:-

Date :-2 "A1527 Sethu " employee allotted as leave ..

now i pressed Generate Report Button


in the "WA" sheet

E13 is Name of Sethu.... next Column F13 i need to populate the value of "L" because he is leave..

Please Help Me
