Red face Giving items multiple values which auto-populate in certain cells

Hey everyone. I can't even tell you how much I would appreciate some help with this. I'm not a computer genius, but I'm serviceable, so please forgive me if my technological vocabulary isn't up to par. Anyways, let me get to it:

I am on a very strict diet program, and I need to eat a certain amount (in grams) of protein, carbs, and fat per day. However, these diets are A LOT of trial and error, and amounts and food items will constantly be changing.

So I have one sheet where I have all the food items I will eat, followed by their protein in the next column, their carbs in the next column, and fat in the next column, per 100 grams. Pv6rknS.png

Then on another sheet is my actual diet for the day, with the amount of grams of each food item I'll be having, along with the amount of protein, carbs and fat that is, as well as the cumulative total of each.

So now here's the thing. Say, for example, I'm eating 150g of Trout which gives me 32g protein, 0 carbs, and 10,1g fat, but I decide I want to eat 200g of Trout instead of 150g. I want to just be able to replace the 150 with 200 and have the protein, carbs and fat columns adjust accordingly. SPezEHR.png

Basically, I want to give each food item a protein, carb and fat value (per 100 grams), and then, the protein, carbs and fat is determined by the amount of grams of the food item I have.

Is there a way this can be done? I will be so forever thankful to anyone who helps me out.

    Hi,
If I've understood your request correct - all you need is implement additional column where you will enter how many grams of particular product you want to eat.
After this small improvment you will able to change amount of each food item and get results immidiatelly.
    Check out attached example.
