Use cell value in one workbook to select a cell in another workbook

All,

I'm having a brain fart in trying to figure out how to make this happen.

Workbook1= cell "O1" gives me the cell to pick in workbook2
Workbook2= the cell that was picked in workbook2 needs to have the word "YES" placed in it.

E.g. Workbook1 Cell "O1" = "G14" then the i need the formula to pick "G14" in Workbook2 and put "Yes" in cell "G14"
