ActiveX Image changed with selected record

This should be simple, but it eludes me ...

I select an album name, and it populates my (ActiveX?) form. (It's not a userform, it's the form one builds directly on a worksheet). The album cover image is in a dedicated folder, and has a simple 5 digit file name. So the populated image name is "12345", which I can concatenate into a full file name such as "C:\AlbumCovers\12345.jpg" (the directory is a separate item to allow me to move the images to a different location).

So all I want to do is have the image change as a new record is selected, but I'm stumped on the how-to. No search seems to address this. Logically, I would expect to plug in a cell name (ImageName) at the property 'Picture' (which only allows one to select an image which remains static)

Suggestions?
