Need help/options to create a summary view

Hi All,

Greetings!! I am new here so please go easy if posted in wrong forum section.
Actually I am trying to figure out some options to create a summary view (Area wise). So need to ask what are the options I can try for this. Or is this possible w/o Macros also or not?

In this I need data in this format but problem is all the names appearing in front of particular area is fetched from Pivot and is not in consolidated form as it is shown here. Actual pivot is

Can anybody suggests how we can form this view with less complexity.
