Re-arrange,delete & manipulate cells from report

I have attached a file showing the before and after I am looking for.

To begin with I only require A,J,R,S,T,U,X,Y,AF,AG from the original report. The difficulty for me begins here.
I’d then like to re-arrange the columns to show.. A,E,J,X,Y,R,S,T,U,AF,AG.
Next, in column U of the 'Before' tab (I in 'After') there are different travel agencies. I have a list of the travel agents as they appear in the raw data ('Before') and then as I want them to appear (Column G in 'After'). This list is added to on a regular basis so I also need to be able to add to it. (Added to sheet ‘Client List’.

Then, in column Y of the 'Before' tab (E in 'After') only the data before the hypen is required and I do not require the space.

This is where this project differs from the last….

I need to delete all rows containing the number 2 in Tipo (column A in both ‘Before’ & ‘After’)

And then remove all rows when duplicates are shown in No Res (E in ‘Before’, B in ‘After’)

Finally, the data needs to be in arrival date order… (after Column F)


Finally, this report is generated by over 100 people every morning. I'm looking for an easy way for novice users to be able to run the report.

That's all..... I hope this makes sense. Any help I could get would be hugely appreciated.

This is the code previously given to me for a very similar project but it’s beyond my skillset to amend this.

I wish I knew how.....

This is superb apart from the format of the date cells (F,G & J) and the duplicate entries in the booking number column (B). Is there a way this can be amended please?
