Event code to unlock cells

I've attempted to write event code to unlock certain cells within a column. The code is supposed to unlock otherwise locked cells for the months of March, May, August and November. The trigger cell is the cell displaying the month. I can't seem to make it work. Help

I've attached the workbook with the event code. No password is needed to unlock.
