How to filter next unique value with autofilter

Code works. But I want my filter go to next unique value like it is in drop down list when manually filtering. I have the same values in some rows and when filter goes next cell it just goes to the same value.
I cant give you the sheet because of sensitive data.

It is always a good idea to provide a workbook. This does not need to contain sensitive data - you can create a version of it (cut down to just enough data) with dummy data in place of the real data.
