Count Unique values based on 2 criteria and paste answer

I would like to count unique values in Column B where the value in Column A is the same. Sample data is below with manually entered answer as an example. In the example the first 3 lines have the same value in Column A but the column B number are the same so the unique count is 1. If you look to lines 4 & 5 Column A is the same but Column B has 2 different Del# matching to the same value in Column A so the unique count of B for row 4&5 is 2 Hopefully this helps. I can't seem to come up wit a formula so my only thought is to achieve this from a macro. The Shipment number will always ne in column A and the Del# in Column B. I will need the answer to be placed in column Q same row. The example shows exactly how I need the data to calculate, but I removed rows in between Thanks
