VBA code to search through Data Dump and identify Largest movement

Morning/Afternoon/Evening All,

I have a query that I was wondering if anyone could help resolve or point me in the right direction on how to tackle it.
Basically I'm looking for a code that can be applied that runs through a data dump and identifies the top ten largest movements between several milestone columns.

I have attached an example of my issue. Any advice or guidance would be hugely appreciated.

can you run a pivot table?

I can however the example I have included is just a small section of a analysis report I am producing. I am needing a code that I could apply to solve the example then with some editing I could make it apply for the 5 other tables I have to include rather than manually updating each section throughout the month. :/ or perhaps I am failing to utilize the pivot table function effectively?
