Regex pattern for specific date format

Hello everyone

I am not so good at creating regex patterns .. Can you help me with a pattern for the date in specific format
Example of the date (May 1,2007)
The first part is a month name "January, February ..." and may be "Jan, Feb ..."
The second part is of one number or two numbers (from 1 to 31)
the third part is for the year
