Sorting Blocks of cells multi row and columns of data with a date priority

Hello,

First, thank you all for the many, many solved problems I have been able to learn about, solve on my own, and use by reviewing this forum. I don't have a lot of logged forum time, however, when I come on and read many of the problems I am able to solve myown without further posts or even logging in. So, thank you for that. Recently I have come upon a real head scratch er for me. So here goes, - btw, I elected to post this in VBA, because after trying a lot of formulas and options, they all failed, I think a VBA is the way this will probably work due to all the variables and criteria. If I wrong, please direct me to the proper place.

I have a document that I attached through document manager. I uploaded it, but I don't know why I don't see it here.

The document is a case list. I need four cases per page. I need to sort each case by order of date. There are four date options. I need to keep the groups i.e. rows and cells together when sorting. I need page breaks after every 4th group is sorted. The document has notations to help explain.
If someone can tell me how to display the document, I will do that upon explanation. Sorry, I am not a forum knowledgeable person.
