VBA script - Modify to find exact match and ignore capitalization

Hi

I have a script here to filter out keywords from cells that match up with keywords in a list. Is it possible to get this script to only give me back exact match instead of a partly match?
E.g search for silty and return silty as opposed to search for silty and return silt. I also need this exact match to ignore capitalization. Any ideas?
