Can any one help me out to solve my query its really a bit urgent.
A B C
REM 3 ABCD
MTD 2 JHYT
MTD 1 ADCGF
MTD 44 DECH
MTD 555 SUGAR
If a number 555 not available in column B macro will auto update 555 using IF ELSE CONDITION and number 555 already exists in column B macro exit function don't want to update 555 number.

What do you mean by "update 555 number"? Could you explain in detail what you want to do using an example from your data and referring to specific cells, rows and columns?
