Macro for finding Last day of transaction

Greetings
I need a help from you
I have excel list of vendors in colum a and list of transaction date in colum b I need a macro to find a last date of transaction . and list out seperately a macro to exceptioanly report for parties having transaction date which is more than 6 month from current date.
Like this colum A will have n number of vendors.
can any one help us. A sample excel file is attached

Thanks a lot It works great can you please extend a bit further for bringing vendor code and date of last transaction since vendor code is not repeated in each and every row


Eg party

A 01/01//2018
02/01/2018

i need the result A 02/01/2018 like this Please help

Your code works perfectly when i filter colum c I am not getting the releavent party code
I need to get name of the party along with last date of transaction.
Eg
A.T.K.M.TEXTILES, SALEM (L0034427) last date 08/03/2018
