Macro for paste from html or txt file into excel

HI I have a internal application with html code. I need extract the data out in excel. It can only be opened in google crome- And so far i have not found any solution to that directly. If some have a suggestion to do this from google crome would be great.
The next option i have found is to save the html code as a text file and after i use below code to get it in to excel in sheet3
The code is ok. Actually the info all i need is in one row, and i just need to work after in this row. But i would like to make it a little more automatic.
Would it be possible to change the code, so instead of save the html as a text file. I just copy it. And a macro take if from the clipboard, safe it automatically in a temparary text file, after run the remaining code. And after delete the temparary textfile- That is what i would like.

But if some of course have a working solution for extract from google crome would be optimal. I cant show the html code because its confidental info.
I have attached a test file with the working paste code, which maybe can be changed so it dont have to open a txt file with the html code, but take it from the clipboard.
