Auto Paste Values and Text Only in all sheets

Hi fellow programmers,

I want to cycle through a workbook's sheets pasting only values and text. I was wondering if there was a code that would do something like this:

CTRL+A, CTRL+C, CTRL+V (Values only), Select TEXT as Number Format, CTRL+PgUp repeat code.

I strictly need to select ONLY the necessary cells to copy and paste values only (Dynamic range, not fixed please as each sheet has different ranges), and that this range is to have it's datatype as TEXT. This must cycle through ALL sheets within a workbook.
