deselect all in Pivot Table then select a few

I cannot find a straight answer online anywhere. I want to tell the pivot table to deselect everything and then tell it which items to change to True. I can't do FALSE on everything because if those items change then the new items are then included. The closest I can come to find is something like this, but it doesn't work.

Maybe something

Array like;

AC = "ADBatch", "ADComp", "ADVM")

if item name = AC then True
Else if item name not = AC then = false?
