Pull Data from Spreadsheet to create custom label

I'm in a major pickle. We have a large project that I need to make custom labels for and not a lot of time to typeset individually.
Essentially I need the attached spreadsheet to merge into the attached label format

It has to pull the address of the location, the pallet ID, the ship day point and then for the real fun!

Each box can only contain a certain number of each piece, a "master number" in this case we are going with 10, the label has to indicate, how many boxes each shipment is, and then qty in the box

    i.e Pittsburgh gets 22 of item A
    so 3 boxes total
    1 of 3 has 10
    2 of 3 has 10
    3 of 3 has 2

    Is this possible?

    Please try the attached.

You can change the format on the label by adjusting the fonts, column widths etc but if you need to change the cells which are written into then a tweak to the code will be necessary.

The code saves the PDFs to a folder c:\test

    Code for reference

This is great but all the produced labels are 3 pages, 1 page with the "good" label and then 2 pages of the sample cut in half?

    See attached for example.

I get something different - all my labels look OK. We may have different machine configurations.

You could try setting a print area (page layout) on the label tab to see if this improves things.
