I need to print a worksheet columns as continuous columns to the right of the preceding one, keeping continuity of data, before moving to page 2 The workbooks frequently have additions and deletions of rows, so a cut-n-paste into Word to convert to columns is inefficient. The formatting should follow – which is the colour coding, merged cells, etc., and the number of columns may vary from workbook to workbook so the code should be flexible. What is critical is that the merged cell data should repeat onto the next set or bracket of columns.
I have a sample workbook. Worksheet 1 has three columns with column A having merged cells. Worksheet 2 has two columns and the merged cells are two columns used as a “header” or title. Worksheet 3 and Worksheet 4 show what the printout should look like. Ideally it should adjust to 1 page, but can move to additional pages if the data is extensive.
I need a VBA macro to generate the printout in continuous columns, flexible page size/orientation, format that can vary i.e. Letter, Legal, etc., I use Excel 2013.
Can someone please write me a code for this?
